PINK SUNDAY...get the details here!

Clear Channel Radio is partnering with the Upstate Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center to launch the 5th Annual "PINK SUNDAY" to address the high breast cancer mortality rate in the Upstate. PINK SUNDAY is a grassroots effort with local churches to educate the members of their respective congregations on breast health and breast cancer risk. In conjunction with October Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Sunday, October 26th is being designated as PINK SUNDAY in the 11 counties of the Upstate. The Komen Upstate SC Affiliate will provide breast health information packets to each participating church. Each church will coordinate their own event for the Sunday services where they will celebrate survivors as well as honor those who have lost their battle with breast cancer. Many participants wear pink on PINK SUNDAY to commemorate the day.

If your church would like to participate, CLICK HERE to get signed up TODAY! Registration deadline is September 15th!
